We're a small law firm in Cape Town with 6 paralegals and 2 attorneys. Most of our team has tried ChatGPT a couple of times but isn't using it consistently. What we need: • A practical session showing the team how to use ChatGPT (or Gemini, whichever is easier) to proofread legal documents, catch typos and inconsistencies, and summarise long contracts. • A few simple "everyday" use cases — drafting client emails, summarising case notes, cleaning up dictation transcripts. • Clear guidance on what NOT to put into ChatGPT (client confidentiality, POPIA implications). A good outcome would be every person on the team feeling confident enough to use the tool daily, with 3-4 prompts they can copy-paste and adapt. We don't need anything fancy — just hands-on, practical, and South-African context where it matters.
